Alison Rutland

alison_bio.jpgAlison has a rich background in diverse ministry settings. Over the years she has assisted her husband, Dr. Mark Rutland, in pastoral ministry and the founding and development of Global Servants. She and her husband minister together to thousands of couples each year at the Couples’ Conference, a unique marriage enrichment weekend, developed by the Rutlands. Alison has a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Lee University and a Masters Degree from the Assembly of God Theological Seminary.

Alison served as the Director of Publications for Global Servants for twenty years giving oversight to all print media. From 1990-1995, Alison served as the Director of Womens Ministries at Calvary Assembly in Orlando, Florida. In 2002, for the next two years, she assumed the Directorship of House of Grace, Global Servants home for girls in Thailand. In 2003 she became the Administrator for the Executive Cohort, a leadership consultancy founded by Dr. Rutland. Presently, Alison serves as the Director of Freshmen Discipleship at Southeastern University and is an adjunct instructor in the Ministries Development Department of the University.

Alison considers her most significant accomplishment her three children and three grandchildren. It is Alisons desire above all things to always be, as Titus 2:3 says, a teacher of good things.
