To download your digital product, after receiving your confirmation e-mail, you will need to return to the store and log into your store account. Once you are logged in visit "my account" where you will see a list of your recent transaction history including a link for "My Licenses/Downloads". Click there to find all of your digital purchases.
To download a digital product, simply go to the "my licenses/downloads" link under "my account". Once you have located your list of orders, click on the license number beside the title that you want to download. On the next screen you'll see a new link `1 qcalled "download". Click there to download your product to a location predetermined by your browser.
The configuration of your local computer and your browser settings determines where a downloaded file is placed. If you cannot find the download, please try running a search of your machine for one word in the title of the product. Otherwise you'll need to investigate your browser settings to determine where your browser is dropping downloads.
Most recent computers come with a zip program pre-installed. However, for an older machine you may first have to download and install software to handle zip files. For PCs, try WinZip. For an Apple machine, try UnStuffIt.
When downloading a file from a Web server any interruption in the download will cause the file to seem completed. If you receive the file that is very small or downloaded very quickly, chances are it was disrupted in the file did not complete. In this case the file will not unzip and you will get an error message.
