From House of Grace girls' home in Thailand, to evangelism in Ghana... Global Servants is on a mission!
World Missions
Global Servants has been doing missions and evangelism both domestically in the United States and all over the world for twenty-eight years. Dr. Mark Rutland, the President and Founder of Global Servants, started this ministry with the desire to see lives changed by the power and truth of God's word. For more than a quarter of a century now, the men and women of Global Servants have been heeding the call to "go into all the world and preach the good news".
Mark Rutland made his first trip to Ghana in 1981 and began a ministry there that has had a lasting impact on the people of West Africa through village evangelism, church plants, and humanitarian aid. Mark's son, Travis Rutland, is now the International Director for the work in West Africa.
Sponsor care packages always bring big smiles at House of Grace!
In 1988, Global Servants opened House of Grace, a rescue home for girls in danger of being bought and sold into prostitution. House of Grace, located in Chiang Rai, Thailand, has saved hundreds of girls from a tragic existence of child prostitution. House of Grace is administrated by Mark's daughter, Emily Leatherbarrow.
