Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept a return and offer you a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
· You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase date.
· The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
· You must provide proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged item.
Please email us at info@globalservants.org with your order number and description of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all purchases help support our ministry work, we are unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about an item.
How to Initiate a Return
Email info@globalservants.org with your order number and photo(s) of the damaged item.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or issuing a replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
