2. Restrictions on Use of Global Servants’ Online materials

All materials contained in the Global Servants Website is the copyrighted property of Global Servants. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Global Servants. The Site includes an online store where you may purchase products to support our mission, as well as areas to make one-time or recurring donations. All transactions are governed by these Terms, our Return Policy, and Privacy Policy, where applicable.

Purchases are intended to support our ministry and may not be resold or redistributed for profit without express permission.

“Global Servants,” our logo, and any associated taglines or service names are trademarks of Global Servants, Inc. You may not use our name, trademarks, or branding without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks displayed on this Site remain the property of their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

You may have the opportunity to submit comments, testimonials, or other content to the Site (“User Content”).

The ministry of Global Servants was organized under the laws of Georgia, Florida and Oklahoma in the United States of America.
